Under the leadership of its founder, Samuel Castañeda, Ariamerican began with a small team. Over time, it
developed into a powerful and robust entity, boasting a highly trained staff. The company has consistently
collaborated with other large, stable companies, gaining invaluable wisdom and knowledge, particularly
regarding the laws in the various states where it operates.

Esta compañía fue creada en el año 2005 , año que nunca podremos olvidar debido a varias pruebas que
debimos enfrentar tales como : Discriminación, burlas , envidia entre otros factores que se presentaron en ese
momento como la limitación de el idioma Ingles, por no tener documentos , por no tener un grado de escuela,
por falta de recursos económicos, por desconocer a fondo las leyes de este país y por no tener la experiencia de
un comerciante listo y preparado para enfrentar a otras compañías con experiencia que en
muchas ocasiones nos quitaron varios contratos importantes.
Bajo el liderazgo de su fundador Samuel Castañeda, la compañía Ariamerican empezó sus labores con un grupo
muy reducido de trabajadores , que se fue convirtiendo en una máquinaria poderosa y sólida con un gran
personal capacitado al mas alto nivel y siempre trabajando en coordinación con otras grandes y sólidas
compañias que a través de los años nos han traferido sabiduría conocimiento especialmente en lo que a las
leyes se refiere en los diferentes estados donde tenemos el privilegio de operar .
La experiencia y el liderazgo de Samuel Castañeda creador y fundador de la compañía Ariamerican inc , proviene
de haber estado trabajando con mas de 30 otras compañías que le sirvieron para hoy poder manejar y conducir
de manera exitosa los destinos de su propia compañía ,de sus propios contratos de sus
propios trabajadores y de su propia empresa !
Las prioridades de la compañía Ariamerican inc es principalmente , tratar con respeto cariño y dignidad a cada
uno de sus empleados y de esa forma obtener los mejores resultados de manera profesional y efectiva para la
satisfacción absoluta de cada uno de sus clientes.
Aunque sea difícil de creer o de entender está empresa fue funda con muy poco capital , con apenas $5 dollares
, pero el recurso más poderoso estaba basado en el coraje la valentía y la voluntad de salir
adelante y de buscar la forma de resolver cualquier situación inesperada siempre
con fé en Dios de poderlas superar y así siempre ha sido!
Honrades sinceridad y humildad fue la herencia que mis padres me enseñaron y las escrituras sagradas me
enseñaron que no se le debe hacer al otro lo que no deseas que a ti te hagan.
A pesar de las limitaciones, cuando se tiene fé en Dios y existe la voluntad de alcanzar los sueños, con esfuerzo y
dedicación todo es posible y gracias a eso hoy tengo 28 certificados y 8 licencias para construcción de casas ,
fundaciones de sótanos, parques y mantenimiento de edificios comerciales y residenciales .
Que de dónde proviene el nombre de nuestra compañía?
Pues les cuento que ARI , ese nombre es el de un León y significa el león aquí .
El león es un animal que representa la fuerza ,la valentía y el poder .
También representa tener un espíritu libre y en contacto con la naturaleza y alguno que otros vínculos familiares.
El león es un animal que observa mira y piensa pero ataca solo cuando es necesario.
Nuestro logo y nuestro símbolo de el León nos identifica con nuestro orgullo generosidad sentido de justicia
pacifismo tranquilidad y siempre listos para la supervivencia cuando sea necesario resolver cualquier situación.
